OPEN A WARRANTY CLAIM
To open a warranty claim you will need a few simple items to get started.
First you will be asked to attach a photograph or scan of your sales receipt; a photograph that shows the entire furniture piece and lastly a close up photograph showing the area needing repair.
You will also be asked to provide details regarding the position of the possible defect on your furniture piece. The best way to provide this is to stand facing the piece and then to identify the location. For example: Seat Cushion - Middle; Arm Cover - Left or Back Cushion - Middle.

You will be contacted by the Natuzzi Cares Field Services Team within 24 hours of claim receipt, Mon-Fri. All calls are recorded for quality and training purposes.
Providing excellent customer service is very important to us throughout the repair process. If service is provided you will be asked to participate in a brief online survey so that we may better understand your repair experience and use your feedback to improve our performance.
