Warranty Service

OPEN A WARRANTY CLAIM 

To open a warranty claim you will need to a few simple items to get started with. 

First you will be asked to attach a photograph or scan of your sales receipt; a photograph that shows the entire piece furniture piece and lastly a photograph showing the area needing repair close up. 

You will also be asked to provide details regarding the position of the possible defect on your furniture piece. The best way to provide this is to stand facing the piece and then to identify the location. For example: Seat Cushion - Right; Arm Cover - Left or Back Cushion - Middle.
